How to Use Your RePot (Step-by-Step Guide)

How to use it?

Unfold your pot
Start with the flat sheet - follow the crease lines to fold your planter into shape. It's like origami, just easier.

Firmly crease the edges
Carefully fold along all the edges to create sharp creases. This helps the planter start taking its proper shape.

Interlock the flaps
Secure the structure by inserting the extended flaps into the opposite side's slots. Then, thread them through the holes in a weaving pattern to lock everything in place.

Set Up the Wick System
Add one end of the second, smaller wick into the planter base. Make sure the wick touches the water below - this ensures proper water contact.

Place your plant
Use the extra piece provided to make a small circular platform and place it inside the planter. Put your plant pot on top of this. Put the other end of the wick into the plant pot.

Fill with Water
Pour water into the bottom shell. Overfilling may cause water to spill - so keep it below that first crease where you can see water level through the transparent part.

Replacement
- Replacement claims are valid for 10 days from the order delivered date.
- Wrong or damaged product: Contact customer support with images for resolution.
- Replacement for plants: Available if the plant is damaged (e.g., uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves). Note: If the plant is not curable.
- Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.
Refund
- If the customer receives a damaged replacement plant, they are eligible for a refund upon image verification of the replacement.
- If a replacement plant arrives damaged, kindly provide a photo of it in the temporary pot to claim a refund.
- If the customer receives incorrect item(s), they are entitled to a refund.
- If any item(s) are missing from the package, the customer is eligible for a refund upon image or video verification.
- If an item(s) is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) for any reason, the customer is eligible for a refund.
- If the customer has not received the items, but the courier has marked them as delivered, they may request a refund following verification by the courier. The customer must report the issue to our support team within 7 days.
- If the planter is found to have visible scratches or is broken, we will promptly initiate a refund for the item upon image or video verification.
- If few items are missing or received empty box, we require a video of the package being opened to initiate a refund.
