China Doll is a tropical evergreen tree native to Southeast Asia. Indoors, it grows as a compact shrub with finely divided leaves resembling fern fronds. With proper light and watering, it becomes a lush and decorative indoor plant suitable for living rooms, offices, and bright indoor corners.
Plant Care Guide
Light
Provide 3–5 hours of bright indirect light daily. China Doll thrives in bright filtered light but can tolerate partial indoor shade. Avoid direct harsh sunlight to prevent leaf burn.
Water
Water approximately 180–220 ml for an 8-inch pot when the top 2–3 cm of soil becomes dry. Keep soil lightly moist but not soggy.
Drainage
Use well-draining soil mix: Garden Soil + Cocopeat + Compost + Perlite. Ensure the pot has proper drainage holes to prevent root rot.

- Wrong or damaged product: Contact customer support with images for resolution.

- Replacement for planters/pots: Available only if the pot has visible cracks.
Refund
- If the customer receives a damaged replacement plant, they are eligible for a refund upon image verification of the replacement.
- If a replacement plant arrives damaged, kindly provide a photo of it in the temporary pot to claim a refund.
- If the customer receives incorrect item(s), they are entitled to a refund.
- If any item(s) are missing from the package, the customer is eligible for a refund upon image or video verification.
- If an item(s) is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) for any reason, the customer is eligible for a refund.
- If the customer has not received the items, but the courier has marked them as delivered, they may request a refund following verification by the courier. The customer must report the issue to our support team within 7 days.
- If the planter is found to have visible scratches or is broken, we will promptly initiate a refund for the item upon image or video verification.
- If few items are missing or received empty box, we require a video of the package being opened to initiate a refund.

Why is my China Doll plant not growing?
A lack of growth could be due to insufficient light or inconsistent watering. Ensure the plant is in a bright spot and that you are following a proper watering schedule.

How do I clean and maintain the planter?
To clean the planter remove the inner pot and empty the reservoir. Wash both parts with a mild detergent solution and warm water then rinse thoroughly. Use a cloth or sponge for cleaning and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to prevent damage.
Will the product stain the floor?
The planter has a rust-free powder coating which protects the floor from rust stains. The base of the pot has curved edges. This prevents scratches or dents on the surface it is placed on.
